Shipping policy

All in stock items are shipped out within a 3-5 working day turnaround.

Please be aware we reserve the right to lengthen this due to workload/busy periods.

Please let us know if you need your item by a specific date, we are not mind readers-sadly.

Please double check all shipping information during checkout, we may pick up on some information if it is missing and contact BEFORE shipment but we cannot be held responsible for customer error in shipping information. If orders are returned by the postal system due to customer error, postage must be paid for again in order to re-ship order as well as any customs returns charges.

If purchasing from overseas please be aware you may have to pay a custom charge on delivery for your order and this is sadly out of our control.
